How are royalties split?

Authors retain the majority of profits from their books. Our financial structure is author-first, with a transparent breakdown provided in every contract and quarterly royalty report.

How long does the review process take?

Our standard review timeline is 6–8 weeks, though this may vary by project and submission volume.

Do I keep my copyright?

Yes! Authors retain full copyright. APG Press is granted an exclusive license to publish, distribute, and market your book during the term of the contract.

What genres do you accept?

We publish children’s books, fiction, nonfiction, self-help, workbooks, and memoirs.

Financial

Transparency

Unlike many publishers, we are structured so that:

  • Authors keep 55%

  • Publisher receives 20% (for formatting, cover, and management)

  • 25% goes to business expenses (10% editing, 10% marketing, 5% platform and business fees)

  • This ensures your book gets the professional support it needs while keeping authors in control.
